Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping & Returns (United States)

  • Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned pieces must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 10 business days, though your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

International Shipping & Returns

Damages & Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at  concierge@demericstudio.com so we can make it right.

Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive, please contact us at concierge@demericstudio.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely arrival.

Exclusions
Personalized, monogrammed, or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement.
